Depuis 1751 ?

Nous avons eu la chance, grâce au musée MUVIM de Valencia, de pouvoir consulter longuement les 37 volumes de l’Encyclopédie Diderot et d’Alembert. Une intuition poétique surgit alors: Le futur est présent en filigrane tout au long des milliers de planches illustrées. Il suffit d’extraire de ce formidable recueil de formes diverses, différents éléments de machines et outils du XVIII ème siécle pour reconstruire les objets d’aujourd’hui. Téléphones portable, ordinateurs, claviers et souris, avions et voitures surgissent de ces illustrations de plus 250 ans.  Les objets des siècles à venir sont aussi lá présents, en suspension, encore inaccessibles à notre perception.
